Replacements accepted if items are damaged in transit or lost within 14 days of receiving your package.

Refunds only given if the package is lost/stolen with no proof of delivery after 14 days from the original purchase.

You will be responsible for paying to return faulty/defective items, any replacements items will be sent out free to the buyer.
